Site Update June 2023

This site has been on hold for the last 3-4 years. You can probably tell that not much content has been added to it recently.

Well, the time has come to get back to it. I'll be completely updating this site and bringing a lot of the pages up-to-date. At the same time, I'll be adding new and fresh content.

Most of the information on this site is still timely but some of it may be a little out-dated. I'll also be getting the free ebook link working ASAP.

I look forward to getting back to work on this site and blog as I really enjoy sharing what I know about this state.

Please check back frequently and sign up for my free ebook. It contains a lot of information that you may find helpful (especially being free).
